Why should you care about your brand?

So I am going to get real here.

Have you ever followed someone online, maybe you get their emails or frequently look at their Instagram, and you realize that they just seem to be all over the place? 

Maybe one day they send you a really great article about how they overcame an issue in their life. You felt connection to them because you related to their struggle. Then the next email you receive is about some affiliate deal they are promoting that doesn’t seem to have anything to do with their actual business.

It feels off. 

Then you look at their social accounts and you can tell that they are just copying and pasting, copying and pasting, and again copy paste – EVERYTHING they find remotely interesting. 

Yeah, I am pretty sure that used to be me. (hanging head low) Actually, above is evidence that I actually let my daughter take over my Instagram for a time. How smart was that?

I am sorry. 😐 

I totally confused you. You didn’t know what to expect from me, so you started to not expect anything. And that is what I delivered.

That is until I got really clear on my personal brand.
