Diana is a stay at home mom of 3 from Virginia. She is coffee obsessed, loves God, being outside, and of course anything beauty.
Diana started her business after seeing the confidence transformation she personally had after kids when she learned basic makeup.
Now she is passionate about sharing makeup in a way that makes it easy for the everyday woman to recreate.
Her desire is to take women from feeling clueless with makeup to feeling confident doing their makeup for any occasion.

Diana was in network marketing for several years before the company she represented decided to restructure and basically closed. All of a sudden, Diana found herself scrambling to replace the lost income while staying true to her values and vision.
She had to reinvent the way she was going to continue to serve her team and her clients.
Looking at what was out there and available in the way of free makeup tips and tutorials, she realized there was a hole in the market for the true makeup beginner.
She serves her clients through a paid membership community as well as a free Facebook group. Both provide a safe place for women to learn and try new products and techniques while they find their personal style and new confidence along the way.
In her membership community she has successfully cultivated a group of women who are sharing different looks, interacting with each other in the group while learning about makeup and skin care. They are becoming friends, even though they may not live anywhere near each other!
Diana does offer private coaching for those who want more personalized attention and recommendations.
She is the process of creating her first online course as well!
We had a great conversation not only about makeup tips, but also about using a vision board as a way to focus your prayers with intention around your life and business. I even have a whole module on that in my Lead group coaching program.
Diana gave us some simple tips to get camera ready for your next video call:
- Set a good base – either foundation or a simple tinted moisturizer
- Whether that is eyes and lips or brows and cheeks, decide what your two favorite features are and highlight them!
- Pro Tip: Wake up tired eyes with a gold pencil or gold shadow in the inside V of your eyes
- Brows for beginners: use a tinted brow gel instead of a pencil for a more natural effect
- Right now neutral eyes and bold lips are in!
